Chad Michael Murray is to come back to One Tree Hill.

The series’ original star had a few weeks ago stated that he would be interested in appearing on the concluding season of the CW hit, CW has now made Murray’s wishes as well as that of millions of fans become a reality: He will reprise the part of Lucas Scott in 2012 on no less than one episode.

No other info have been disclosed, except the disclosure that Lucas’ come back will correspond with Haley connecting with him, but there is enough time for reveals to come out. The show will not come back until Jan

The last that was seen of Lucas was when he drove off with his Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Sawyer, their new baby.
